Abstract

We studied 25 patients aged from 28 to 45 years with chronic purulent otitis media (CHPOM), who were on inpatient treatment in the ENT department of Bukhara regional multidisciplinary treatment center The patients received antibacterial, anti-inflammatory and local therapy in hospital. After treatment in the group of patients with CHPOM the level of IL-10 approached the control values, and the level of IL-17 in the dynamics of treatment, if decreased, but still remained at a high level, 5.5 exceeding the same parameters in patient of the control group.
