THE EFFECT OF SPECIAL EXERCISES USING MODERN TECHNIQUES IN LEARNING THE TECHNICAL PERFORMANCE OF THE EFFECTIVENESS OF THE TRIPLE JUMP FOR STUDENTS
Main Article Content
Abstract
1- Preparing the effect of special exercises using modern techniques in learning the technical performance of the effectiveness of the triple jump for students of the second stage of the Faculty of Physical Education and Sports Sciences at the University of Kirkuk. 2- Knowing the effect of special exercises using modern techniques in learning the technical performance of the effectiveness of the triple jump for students of the second stage of the Faculty of Physical Education and Sports Sciences at the University of Kirkuk. 3- Detecting the differences between the groups due to the effect of modern techniques on learning the technical performance of the effectiveness of the triple jump for the students of the second stage of the Faculty of Physical Education and Sports Sciences at the University of Kirkuk. The researcher used the experimental approach due to its suitability to the nature of the research, and the research community was chosen by the intentional method, and they are the students of the second stage in the College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences, University of Kirkuk for the academic year 2020/2021, consisting of three divisions, the number of which is (130 students), which were chosen (A, B, C) and distributed into three equal experimental groups according to their people. Each experimental group was limited to (15) students, after completing the main experiment and conducting the post-test. Equivalence was investigated between the three experimental groups in learning the technical performance in the effectiveness of the triple jump. The researchers also used (interview, questionnaire, test and measurement). and scientific observation) as means of data collection, and the educational program was applied to the three experimental groups, unit per week for a period of eight weeks for each experimental group and duration Each educational unit is (90) minutes, and the researcher used the following statistical methods: the arithmetic mean, standard deviation, percentage, simple correlation coefficient (Pearson), test (T) for two related and unrelated arithmetic, one-way analysis of variance, and chose the least significant difference ( LSD).
