Abstract
The main research problem was to find out the level of availability of dimensions of organizational health and organizational brilliance in some faculties(physical education, management and economics, humanitarian education) at the University of Dhi Qar and the correlation of these two variables with the work outputs and performance levels of teachers, and the aim of this research was to study the influential relationship of organizational health in the organizational and organizational brilliance is high and that there is an influence of organizational health on the level of brilliance of an individual with His educational institution as a result of the existence of a state of satisfaction with it in terms of its ability to harness and make optimal use of material and human resources, equipment and equipment that meet the needs of teachers in the performance of their work, and the most important recommendations are a call to the administration of colleges to pay more attention to organizational health for its primary role in promoting positive behaviors of teachers, and this deserves to enhance the spirit of citizenship and belonging which reflects positively on their performance.
